Here’s a quick overview of the Frisco youth day camps, along with links to learn more:
Frisco Fun Club
Frisco Fun Club is a state-licensed summer day camp program for kids ages 5-12. Fun Club is geared toward local families, but we do welcome visiting kids and grandkids as space allows. Frisco Fun Club runs during summer, fall, and winter breaks for Frisco schools.
Adventure Camp is our sampler platter day camp that gives kids ages 6-13 a generous taste of the array of Frisco youth day camp offerings. We’ll tire kids out biking, skateboarding, hiking, boating, and playing disc golf. And we’ll entertain them with engaging educational talks on everything from outdoor safety to the many reasons to love our local flora and fauna.
Girls on the Run Camp
Girls on the Run Camp is offered to girls entering grades 3-6 for just one week each summer. We hate to have to keep saying this, but this one is also really popular. More than just a running program, Girls on the Run is also an empowerment program for girls that encourages them to “unleash their confidence through empowerment.”
H2O Camp is our weeklong camp for kids who love watersports or want to learn more about them. Based at the Frisco Bay Marina, H2O Camp is for slightly older kids ages 9-14. With safety training in partnership with our Sheriff’s department, H2O Camp is a great way to sample the many ways to have fun on the water at Dillon Reservoir, topped off with a whitewater rafting finale.
Play-Well Lego® Camp
Play-Well TEKnologies Lego® Camp is as popular with kids ages 7-12 as you might expect–as in, really, really popular. Kids spend the week getting hands-on engineering lessons cleverly disguised as play while they build colorful bridges, buildings, and vehicles. If only all science classes were this much fun!
Youth Day Camp Registration
Don’t wait to register for Frisco youth day camps
Trust us when we say that we want to welcome every child who wants to join one of our camps. Sadly, we can only safely accommodate so many spots in each camp.
Pro tip: don’t sleep on signing up because these camps fill up within minutes after registration opens up. We do offer wait lists if you can’t reserve a spot in the camp of your choice – or you can try another one of our camps if your first pick fills up.
Registering children with special needs for Frisco youth camps and day programs
We make every effort to provide reasonable accommodations for children with special needs. To make arrangements for your special needs child, please call 970-418-0898 or email FriscoCamps@townoffrisco.com at least ten days before your child will attend a program or camp.
