2025 Summer Camp Registration Opens On April 2

Registration for Frisco summer day camp programs opens on April 2, 2025:

  • At 8:00am on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, registration open for people who live or work in the Frisco or Copper area
  • At 12:00pm on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, registration open for people not working or residing in the Frisco or Copper area. 

Summer Pricing

  • Fun Club field trip days (Thursdays) will cost $60 a day for Town of Frisco residents and $65 a day for non-residents. All week-long specialty/sports camps will be $350 per week for Town of Frisco residents and $375 per week for non-residents.
  • Discounted rates are only available for residents of the Town of Frisco who provide documentation by March 31, 2025 that they live within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Town of Frisco. Town of Frisco residents are then also eligible for the early registration period, starting at 8:00am on April 2, 2025.

Frisco Fun Club (Summer Day Camp)

About Frisco Fun Club

Frisco Fun Club is an enriching and adventurous day summer camp program where your kids spend the summer enjoying activities out of their basecamp at the Frisco Adventure Park’s Slopeside Hall. Kids will enjoy week-long, themed activities that offer educational opportunities and activities from Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, from June 9 through August 26, 2025. Fun Club is a state licensed day camp program, and each child needs to have a mandatory camper packet and current immunization records on file prior to their first day of camp.  

New this year- Frisco Fun Club will take whole group field trips on Thursdays, and campers will travel together and not be separated by age. The days we will be swimming at the Silverthorne Recreation Center this year will be Mondays for ages 5-7 (Chipmunks) and Fridays for ages 8-12 (Royals).

All participants must bring the following to camp:

  • Sack lunch and at least 2 snacks
  • Sunscreen
  • Tennis shoes
  • Wheels- bikes are encouraged, but scooters are allowed
  • Helmet
  • Weather appropriate clothing

2025 Fun Club Dates (Summer Day Camp)

  • Dates: Monday-Friday, June 9-August 26
  • Time: 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • Location: Frisco Adventure Park’s new Slopeside Hall across the street from the Nordic Center lodge

Frisco Fun Club will run Monday-Friday, and begin and end dates are based on the 2024-2025 Summit School District Calendar.

  • Theme and field trip information will be posted on March 14, 2025. New- All field trips will be on Thursdays, and all campers will travel together with no separate groups for different age groups.

Drop Off & Pickup

  • Camper drop off is between 8:00am – 9:00am, pick up is between 4:30pm – 5:30pm.
  • On field trip days drop off is by 8:30am, and pickup is 5:00-5:30pm (Summer Camp Only).
  • All parents are required to fill out emergency contact information, allergy information, and provide immunization records on ePACT prior to their child’s first day of camp. ePACT will also provide parents with a QR code to sign their kids in and out of camp.

Schedule

Weekly Schedule will be emailed and uploaded the Friday before camp begins.

Registration

Rates per Day

  • Pricing for Regular Fun Club Days: Residents of the Town of Frisco – $50/day and Non-Resident – $55/day
  • Thursday Field Trip Days: Residents of the Town of Frisco – $60/day and Non-Resident – $65/day
  • A second child discount of 20% is only available for the Fun Club program for ages 5-12; it is not available for specialty camps.

Additional Child Discount

  • You pay full price for your first child ($50 resident/$55 non-resident) and each additional child after that will receive 20% off ($40 resident/$44 non-resident).
  • To receive the discount, your children must be registered for the same day of camp.
  • This discount applies to siblings; no other family members will be eligible to receive this discount.

Auto Debit Payment Option

The Town of Frisco is excited to offer you a payment option for program enrollment. This option allows you to put 20% down of the overall cost of your summer registration fees.  You will have to save a credit card to your profile, and on the first of every month the remaining balance for that month will automatically be taken from of the card on file. Please remember that you can still pay in full upon checkout. View “How-To Setup Auto Pay” document.

How to Register

Summer Frisco Fun Club registration is available online only. Please click on the register button below to register or be added to a waitlist, if full. We will call you when/if a spot opens up for your child – there is no fee for being put on a waitlist. Simply walk through the registration process and it will prompt a waitlist option.

Proof of Residency or Employment for Early Registration and/or Resident Rates

To be able to register early at 8:00am on Wednesday, April 2, 2025- Proof of residency in Frisco or Copper (driver’s license, utility bill, or something with your physical address etc.) or proof of employment with a business in Frisco or Copper (pay stub) or proof of enrollment at Frisco Elementary School for the 2024-2025 school year (report card) must be uploaded to the registration site’s document portal by March 31, 2025.

Heads up- only Frisco residents (people who have a physical address in Frisco town limits) will receive resident rates.

Winter Vacation Sensation (No-School Day Camp)

Winter Vacation Sensation is a state-licensed day camp program that is open to youth ages 5-12. The camp offers themed activities that offer educational opportunities on the days that kids do not have school. Our instructors lead the participants through group activities, team building, arts and crafts, and often times include local field trips to playgrounds.

All participants must bring the following to camp:

  • Water bottle
  • Lunch + two snacks
  • Proper outdoor clothing, according to the daily weather

The Winter Vacation Sensation Program meets from 8:00am – 5:30pm.

Registration

Online registration for Winter Vacation Sensation dates from April-June 6th, 2024 will open on February 5th at 8 am.

  • $50 Frisco Resident*
  • $55 Non-Resident*

*For those families who have multiple children attending, a discount of 20% ($40/resident, $44/non-resident) is available for each additional child after paying full price for the first child.

How it Works

  1. You’ll receive an email invite to share information with the Town of Frisco
  2. Click ‘Complete Request’ to create a free account, or log-in if you already have an existing ePACT account.
  3. Enter the required information, like medical conditions, and share it with the Town of Frisco so that program staff have access.

ePACT makes it far easier for you to share emergency information with us, while also ensuring we have access to records anytime, anywhere with the mobile app – even without an internet connection. Rest assured that you always own your account and the information in it. Plus, ePACT maintains the same levels of security as online banking, and limits access only to the administrators we assign for enhanced privacy.

This is required to attend Frisco Fun Club along with an updated copy of your child’s immunizations records.

If this is not turned in prior to your child’s first day of camp they will not be permitted to attend. If you have participated in the past, this packet is only valid for one year and must be updated annually. These should be scanned and e-mailed to FriscoCamps@townoffrisco.com.

All Campers must sign slip on the last page of the Parent Handbook to hand in with their camper packet.

Fun Club Parent Handbook

Parents of campers with any special need must call 970-418-0898 or email FriscoCamps@townoffrisco.com at least ten days in advance of their child’s attendance of a Town of Frisco Recreation Program. The Recreation Programs Manager and Recreation Programs Coordinator will ask to set up a time to meet and discuss what reasonable accommodations can be made for the camper.
