Join us for a series of ski races that will take place on select Wednesday evenings this winter. We invite skiers to come out for a night of fun, friendly competition at the Frisco Nordic Center! The distances will increase over time and prepare participants for the Frisco Gold Rush! All racers will receive a finish time, cup of soup and an adult beverage.
Race Dates
Wednesday, December 6, 2017 – 3k-Cancelled due to lack of open terrain.Wednesday, January 10, 2018 – 5k Skate (Note: The race distance has been adjusted to approximately 4.5k/twice around our man-made loop. Starts will be in 30 second intervals).Wednesday, January 24, 2018 – Sprint Race- Wednesday, February 7, 2018 – 5k
Race Start
January 10, 2018 race will start at 6:0opm and all other races will start at 5:45pm (bring your headlamp)
Registration
Pre-registration fee is $15 and day-of registration fee is $20. Registration does not include ski rentals; discounted ski rentals are available for $10 for the Frisco Cup racers. Online registration is currently open.
Day of Registration available on-line until 4 p.m. and in person registration closes at 5 p.m. In order to ensure a smooth and on-time race we are accepting no late registrations please!
Awards
No awards will be given at these races; we will have items to giveaway at the post-race party.
