Youth Nordic Skiing Program

Little Vikings

The Little Vikings is an after-school, learn-to-ski Nordic ski program presented by Town of Frisco and Summit Nordic Ski Club (SNSC). The program is open to youth in grades K-5. Join us for one of two six week sessions that meet after school at the Frisco Nordic Center. SNSC will provide top-notch coaching and a fun-filled environment for learning or improving Nordic skiing. Transportation is provided for Frisco Elementary students, and all gear (ski, boots, poles) are provided through the Frisco Nordic Center. The focus of this program is having fun on skis. It is non-competitive and open to all abilities with a special focus on learning to ski and developing good classic technique.

Please have your child come to the program prepared to be outside; we highly recommend dressing them in layers that include a hat, gloves, warm socks, ski/snow pants and a warm jacket.

There will not be transportation or indoor space for this program in 2021.
