Frisco Gold Rush

Join us for the 52nd Annual Frisco Gold Rush. Open to all ages and abilities, Colorado’s longest running Nordic event begins at 10:00am at the Frisco Nordic Center.
Spontaneous Combustion

Saturday, February 11, 2023 – 6:00pm-8:00pm
Spontaneous Combustion will kick off at 6:00pm with the bonfire, and fireworks will light up the sky starting at 8:00pm. Snacks and beverage sales will benefit the Summit County Preschool.
Up & At ‘Em Nordic Race

Wednesday, February 15, 2023 – 7:00am
Looking to get a great workout in first thing in the morning with some friendly competition? Join us for a 7.5k in-person skate ski race on the Frisco Nordic Center trails.
Frisco Freeze Fat Bike Race

Saturday, February 18, 2023 – 3:00pm
Don’t miss your one chance this winter to ride your fat bike on the Frisco Nordic Center trails! This 14k (7k for juniors) course showcases amazing views of Buffalo Mountain and the Ten Mile Range.
Bubble Gum Ski Race Series

Wednesdays, February 22 – March 29, 2023 – 5:00pm-7:00pm
A free non-competitive community race series at the Frisco Adventure Park geared towards kids ages 5-12. All skiing abilities are welcome. The racer who has the most bubble gum at the end of the races wins.
Mardi Gras 4Paws

Saturday, February 25, 2023 – 2:30-4:00pm
A costumed canine parade and block party to help benefit Hope for Animals – Clear Creek Rescue. Whether you have a dog or not, this is the place to be to get your fill of canine cuteness and general good fun!
Up & At ‘Em Nordic Race

Wednesday, March 1, 2023 – 7:00am
Join us for another morning of in-person friendly competition at the Frisco Nordic Center‘s early morning 10k skate ski race.
Frisco BrewSki

Saturday, March 11, 2023 – 2:00pm
Join us for a beer festival on skis at the Frisco Nordic Center. Stop at beer tasting tents along the trail to sample beers from six regional breweries. Costumes highly encouraged!
Did You Know?
The Winter Dew Tour snowboard/ski competition and festival returns to Copper Mountain (just 7 minutes from Frisco) from February 24-26, 2023. The Winter Dew Tour will include the world’s best male and female snowboarders and skiers competing in individual Superpipe and Streetstyle events. Spectators will have a front row seat to the action out of Copper’s Center Village where all competition and sponsor activations will take place. The Dew Tour is free to attend and open to the public.
