Drop Off and Pick Up

• Students come directly to the Frisco gymnasium for After School Fun Club where attendance will be taken. If a student is on our list but not present 15 minutes after the bell, parents will be notified.
• All parents are required to fill out emergency contact information, allergy information, and provide immunization records on ePACT prior to their child’s first day of camp.

Schedule

The schedule is as follows for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays:

• 3:55pm – 4:10pm: Check-In, Wash Hands, Free Time
• 4:15pm: Circle Time
• 4:25pm – 5:00pm: Free Time or Outside Playground
• 5:00pm – 5:30pm: Group Game until Pickup

The schedule is as follows for Wednesdays:

• 3:05pm – 3:20pm: Check-In, Wash Hands, Free Time
• 3:25pm: Circle Time
• 3:35pm-4:15pm: Stations with Frisco Historic Park, organized outdoor game or craft
• 4:15pm – 5:00pm: Free Time or Outside Playground
• 5:00pm-5:30pm: Group Game until Pickup

Schedule is subject to change based on multi-use of the gym, weather, or children’s needs.

We will be utilizing for better safety practices, and to reduce our carbon footprint!

How it Works

1. You’ll receive an email invite to share information with the Town of Frisco
2. Click ‘Complete Request’ to create a free account, or log-in if you already have an existing ePACT account.
3. Enter the required information, like medical conditions, and share it with the Town of Frisco so that program staff have access.

ePACT makes it far easier for you to share emergency information with us, while also ensuring we have access to records anytime, anywhere with the mobile app – even without an internet connection. Rest assured that you always own your account and the information in it. Plus, ePACT maintains the same levels of security as online banking, and limits access only to the administrators we assign for enhanced privacy.

Immunizations

Frisco Fun Club must have a copy of your child’s immunizations on file before their first day. Frisco Fun Club requires proof of immunizations on CDPHE’s Certificate of Immunization Form.*

Families can get access to their child’s immunization records through the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS). Get access to your child’s record through the CIIS Public Portal. 

Immunization Exemptions

A medical exemption for those children who cannot be vaccinated and a nonmedical exemption for those who choose not to vaccinate remains an option for Colorado families. For our program to consider your exemption, the following must be completed respectively:

• Parents and caregivers claiming a medical exemption from vaccination for their child must have a completed Certificate of Medical Exemption with the signature of a healthcare provider. Medical exemptions only need to be submitted once, unless the student’s information or school changes.

• If a parent or caregiver chooses not to have their child vaccinated, they may claim a nonmedical exemption in one of two ways:

  • Submit the official Certificate of Nonmedical Exemption with the signature of an immunizing provider (such as a medical doctor, advanced practice nurse, pharmacist, etc.) OR

  • Submit the official Certificate of Nonmedical Exemption received upon completion of CDPHE’s Online Immunization Education Module.

To protect unvaccinated children, students with an exemption from one or more required vaccines may be kept out of a program during a disease outbreak.

Medication Plans

If your child has an allergy, Asthma, or any other medication plan, we must obtain all required documentation before your child’s first day of camp. See the respective documents below to get started.

• Medication Administration Form
• Emergency Medication Forms: Asthma Care Plan and  Allergy and Anaphylaxis Care Plan
• Illness Policy

All required medical paperwork must be submitted and reviewed by Frisco Fun Club before the child’s first day of camp they will not be permitted to attend. If you have participated in the past, a Medication Administration Plan is only valid for one year and must be updated annually. These should be scanned and uploaded to ePACT or emailed to FriscoCamps@townoffrisco.com.

Parent Handbook / Fun Club’s Policies and Procedures

All Parents must sign a document on the first day of their kids’ camp stating that they’ve read and agree to the Parent Handbook. This is the contract between our program and families.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations two weeks or more prior to the first day of the session will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than two weeks prior to the first day of the session will forfeit fees. Please fill out our Enrollment Change Form to make a cancellation. View our full cancellation policy.

Parents of campers with any special need must call 970-418-0898 or email FriscoCamps@townoffrisco.com at least ten days in advance of their child’s attendance of a Town of Frisco Recreation Program. The Recreation Programs Manager, Youth Programs Supervisor, or Athletics Supervisor will ask to set up a time to meet and discuss what reasonable accommodations can be made for the camper.
