Paddle Sports

Single kayaks are great for guests who wish to command their own craft. Guests must be 13 and older or weighing over 110 pounds to use full-size kayaks. Kid-specific kayaks are available for ages 7 to 12 and come with a kid’s paddle. The kid’s kayaks come with a tether so if they can not paddle, the parent may tow them. Paddle and personal flotation device (PFD) included with rental.

Traditional Single Paddle Kayak

Enjoy the reservoir on a Malibu Pedal Kayak, it has a bicycle style propeller drive on a self-bailing sit on top kayak.  It travels quickly through the water and can travel in reverse! The Pedal Drive lifts into foot well to allow you to get into shallower water without damaging the propeller.  This is perfect for fishing or anyone with an upper body injury who would still like to get out on the water. Paddle and personal flotation device (PFD) included with rental.

Tandem kayaks hold two people and are great for taking out a child who is not able to go out on their own. Must be 13 or older to command this craft. The minimum weight for a child passenger is 30 lbs. Paddle and personal flotation device (PFD) included with rental.

Canoes are Old Town Guide 160’s and are perfect for taking out a small family with gear or lunch. The minimum weight and age limit for a child is 30 lbs and 2 years old. Paddle and personal flotation device (PFD) included with rental.

Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is a great way to slice through the water, and are stable enough to do yoga on. Our kid-specific SUPs are for children 7 to 12 years old. Paddle and personal flotation device (PFD) included with rental.

Pedal Boats are great for small families and couples who would like a beautiful and quick time out on the water. Boat capicity is 2-4 people and 500lbs maximum. The minimum weight for a child passenger is 30 lbs. Personal flotation device (PFD) included with rental.

• There is paid parking on all marina parking lots, please arrive 30 minutes early to check-in.
• All Participants must sign: 2026 marina waiver. Minors can be added by parent or legal guardian. This will save time at check in!
• While on the water we hold on to either a set of car keys, bike lock keys, drivers license or a CC as collateral.
• Check in at the Lund House, which is the white building next to the restaurant.
• You must be 13 years and older or weighing over 110 pounds to be in your own full size kayak or paddleboard.
• Participants must be 30 lbs. or more and a minimum age of 2 years old to be in a canoe or tandem kayak.
• No dogs allowed in any paddle sport vessel.
• No swimming in Lake Dillon or switching of passengers.
• 1 person per paddleboard.
• There will be an extra cleaning fee if boat is left dirty with mud, food, or fish guts.
• Payment in full is required at the time of reservation.
• 3 adults per canoe, 4 person canoe only if the two kids in the middle don’t weigh more than 100lbs combined.

• Paddle sports: If you cancel within 24 hours of your start time you will be charged 20% of your reservation fee. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance you will receive a full refund.

• Weather related refunds: You will receive a full refund if we experience unsafe weather conditions AT the time of your rental and you choose/ we can’t safely send you out on the water. We have a weather radar in our office to predict these conditions the best we can. Once your boat leaves the dock we cannot refund your rental.
• No call, no shows will not receive a refund.
