Live Music
There will be live music in the Historic Park Gazebo with the Clare Elich Duo on Friday, September 6 from 12:00pm-2:00pm & 3:00pm-5:00pm, and Denver’s Thirsty 5 on Saturday, September 7 from 1:30pm – 4:40pm.
About the Bands

Originally from the mountains of Colorado, Clare spent the early part of her music career in South Carolina studying classical voice and performing solo and with her former band, The Two Determined. Clare’s earlier musical style took shape around the classical, bluegrass, and folk traditions of the Southern United States and Colorado. It was during this time that she learned how to replicate other artists’ work in a more structured performance environment.
These days, she’s excited about moving the familiar sounds of the bluegrass and folk genres into her own, more improvised space. Her current project, The Clare Elich Band, focuses on strong vocals at the front of an acoustic trio setting.

Denver’s Thirsty 5 is a 5-piece oompah band consisting of two clarinets, a trumpet, a trombone and a tuba. The band has been playing traditional German polkas, waltzes, marches, and other holiday events in Colorado such as Oktoberfest festivals and the Denver Christkindl Market since 2017.
Fall Fest
Kick off the fall season on Saturday, September 7 at Frisco’s Fall Fest with Ein Prosit serving up pretzels and sausage. The event will also include a beer garden featuring German beer and benefiting the Friends of the Dillon Ranger District. Other activities will include live music and a free make and take art project for children and adults.
