League for Animals & People of the Summit (L.A.P.S.) is bringing their 35th annual K94K to the streets of Frisco for a morning filled with dogs, a 4k fun run/walk, family-friendly activities and games, door prizes, and lots of furry fun.
2025 Schedule
- 8:15am – Day of Registration at the Frisco Historic Park
- 9:00am: 4k fun run/walk begins on Main Street in front of the Frisco Historic Park
- Play until 12:00pm after the fun run/walk

Registration
A single registration includes participation in the 4k fun run/walk. Use tickets provided with registration to grab a snack for you or your pup, get a souvenir paw print made, run the dog agility course, and play human and dog games.
- Individual registration – $35
- Team registration – $35/per person (up to 6 people). The top 3 teams that collect the most donations will win group activity grand prizes. Teams must raise a minimum of $500 to be eligible for prizes. (LAPS will kickstart your fundraising. Your team’s registration fee counts as your first $210 raised.)
What is L.A.P.S.?
Summit County, Colorado L.A.P.S. has been helping families and companion animals living in Blue River, Breckenridge, Dillon, Frisco, Heeney, Keystone, Montezuma, and Silverthorne since 1990.
L.A.P.S. is the area’s primary charity working to reduce pet overpopulation through spay and neuter programs and to benefit the general welfare of companion animals and families in need of financial assistance with veterinary bills. L.A.P.S. does not have any paid staff members, just a very dedicated group of volunteers. Please email LAPS@colorado.net with donations, questions, concerns, or to volunteer.
