Non-Profit Volunteer Opportunities

The Town of Frisco Recreation and Culture Department is offering local non-profit organizations opportunities to raise funds by volunteering for various aspects of the Town’s recreation events, such as assisting with registration and packet pickup or working at course aid stations. The Town of Frisco will compensate participating non-profits $100 per station, per hour, with a required minimum of two volunteers for each station or position. The Town of Frisco already has similar non-profit partnership opportunities in place for its other events, such as Concerts in the Park.

In order to be considered eligible to participate, non-profit partners must be a 501 C (3) (6) or (7) in good standing with the IRS, must have a physical address in Summit County, and must be able to recruit volunteers and fulfil the event requirements.

HOW TO APPLY

To apply, please visit FriscoVolunteer.com to fill out an application. Applications, including mailed-in applications, are due by 5:00 pm on Sunday, May 22, 2022 and selected nonprofits will be notified of their participation no later than May 24, 2022. If there are more applicants than event opportunities, selection will be at random via a drawing process, with each organization having one entry.
