Field Trips

Free School Field Trips to the Museum

We offer multiple programs related to the history of Frisco, Summit County, and the Rocky Mountain region for local and regional school districts and homeschool groups. Each program includes activities and content aligned with state education standards for preschool through fifth grade. We also offer modified programming with the same activities and hands-on artifacts that our museum staff can bring to your classroom. All the programs can be adjusted for different age groups, making the Museum an excellent destination for your class multiple times a year.

Museum staff members facilitate all field trips, providing all necessary supplies for activities and hands-on artifacts. Programs can last 45 minutes to an hour and a half, followed by 30 minutes of free exploration in the Historic Park. To schedule a field trip, email Museum staff at Museum@townoffrisco.com or call us at (970) 668-3428. If there is a specific activity or theme you would like to see, let us know at Museum@townoffrisco.com.
