Frisco Bay Marina Facility Rentals

The Frisco Bay Landing offers flexible indoor and outdoor gathering space for rent. This space includes tables, chairs, a kitchenette, and an outdoor patio. Guests are welcome to enjoy a variety of amenities included with the rental; please see the rental request form below for a full list.

The maximum capacity for the Frisco Bay Landing Flex Space is 60 guests total, with up to 30 guests inside and 30 guests on the patio.

• • The Island Grill is the designated food and beverage provider for this space and must be contacted with any food and beverage needs for this space. If the Island Grill is unable to provide food and beverage service after consulting with the facility renter, then the facility renter will be allowed to bring in outside food and beverage after confirming this with Marina staff.

• • Renters are allowed to enter the space 30 minutes prior to their event for setup at no additional charge.

• • Clean up and use of furniture:

    • • Facility renter is asked to set up, clean, and break down any and all Marina owned furniture used during their rental of the facility.
    • • Facility renter is expected to bring the facility back to condition in which they received it by cleaning the facility at the conclusion of the event.

• • Decorations should first be approved by Marina staff and no permanent or damaging adhesives, nails, or pins may ever be used. Facility set up and take down/clean up must take place during the allotted time reserved for the event, or the facility renter will be subject to additional facility fees.

• • The wooden folding tables and chairs located indoors must remain in the building and may not be used on the patio.

• • Use of illegal, controlled substances is prohibited in the building and on Marina property.

• • Animals are not allowed in this flexible space with the exception of service animals trained with special skills in the support of a disability.

• • Facility rental does not include private use of the Lighthouse Lawn, unless it’s included in your reservation.

Please note that the Frisco Bay Marina and the Town of Frisco reserve the right to decline any rental applications due to capacity limitations, scheduling conflicts, business needs, or any other reasons relevant to the facility.

Enhance your gathering by adding the Lighthouse Lawn to your Frisco Bay Landing Flex Space rental. The Lighthouse Lawn is available as an add-on amenity to the Flex Space and is not available as a standalone rental.

When reserving the Flex Space, you may choose to add either ½ of the Lighthouse Lawn or the full Lighthouse Lawn for additional outdoor space and waterfront views.

The maximum event capacity for all Flex Space and Lighthouse Lawn rental combinations is 75 total guests, regardless of whether the half lawn or full lawn is reserved.

Enjoy sand volleyball surrounded by beautiful mountain and marina views! The Frisco Bay Marina’s North Court and South Court may be reserved for private games, practices, parties, and other recreational activities.

• • Rental fee: $30 per hour, per court
  • Refundable Damage Deposit: $300
  • Courts may be reserved individually or together.
  • A reservation provides exclusive use of the selected court during the reserved time.
  • When not reserved for a private rental, the courts are available for public use.
  • Guests may bring their own volleyball and equipment.
  • League play, Town programs, special events, and private reservations will affect public court availability

Guests are welcome to bring their own volleyball. Volleyballs may also be rented from the Frisco Bay Marina for $5 during regular business hours. Rental equipment must be checked out and returned before the marina office closes. A $50 replacement fee will be charged for volleyballs that are lost, damaged, or not returned. Guests playing after marina business hours must provide their own equipment.

The courts are located outdoors in a high-alpine environment on a man-made sand beach. Weather conditions can change quickly, and the sand may be uneven or contain natural debris. Courts are maintained regularly but are not groomed or raked daily.

Players participate at their own risk and should wear appropriate footwear, stay hydrated, use sun protection, and be prepared for changing weather conditions.

• Reservations begin and end at the times shown on the reservation.
• Please promptly leave the court when your reservation ends, especially when another group is scheduled after you.
• If no reservation follows yours, you may continue playing; however, the court returns to public use.
• Please be courteous to other players waiting to use the courts.
• Remove all personal belongings and trash when you are finished.
• Do not bring glass containers onto the courts.
• Please do not adjust or damage the nets, boundary lines, or other court equipment.
