The Island Grill will open for the summer season on Friday, May 22, 2026.

The Island Grill Restaurant offers casual dining on the shores of Dillon Reservoir at the Frisco Bay Marina. Typically open Memorial Day to Labor Day, enjoy stunning views and just the kind of menu you would expect “on the shore”- great draft beers, Dark & Stormys, blackened fish tacos, burgers, and more! Relax on the open-air decks or grab a meal from the take-out menu, perfect for a picnic on the Reservoir, the shore or Marina Park.
