Boat Slips, Moorings & Storage

• Slips Closure 2026 Season- Due to ongoing drought conditions and low water levels in Lake Dillon, all marina slips will be unavailable for the 2026 season. This closure includes our temporary dock normally used for nightly, weekly, and monthly slip rentals.
• Please note that courtesy docking will not be available for boaters visiting from Dillon.
• Public Boat Ramp Closure – Due to low water levels and ongoing drought conditions, our public boat ramp will not be open for the 2026 season.
• All boat launching on Lake Dillon will need to take place at the Dillon Marina. We appreciate your understanding as we work to adapt to current lake conditions.

Annual storage contracts for the 2026 Boating Season will be sent to all current tenant guests with a $0.00 balance on December 29, 2025.

For invoicing purposes, the Frisco Bay Marina charges fees based on length, slip are length of slip occupied, mooring fees are the boats measured length and where it falls into 3 categories, and all land storage is based on measured square footage of trailer or boat on trailer. The summer season for all boats on the water is not based on individual usage of the slip or mooring ball due to any other factors, that include, but are not limited to water levels, ice melt, Denver Water decisions, and weather conditions.

All customers storing their boat at the Frisco Bay Marina must complete an annual storage contract.

• Current storage customers are in our software system and can click on the button above and login to the registration page to pay your bills.
• New slip customers must call the office as there is a waiting list for everything.

Dry Storage & Trailer Only Pull List 2026

We are thrilled to announce a new and convenient way to request access to your dry stored boat or trailer at our marina. Instead of calling us, you can now request to have your boat or trailer pulled out of the yard online through the link on our website.

Waiting Lists

The Marina currently has waiting lists for all season long storage options, except dry storage and winter storage. Please call the Marina office at 970-668-4334 in order to be placed on a waiting list.

Waiting list fees for slips and moorings, are $100 for first list, $25 for each additional list, and the rack waiting list fee is $25. This fee is non-refundable, and can be applied to that year’s storage fee once an offered space is accepted.

**If you decline your waitlist offer, you will drop down the list on the date you declined or the date the offer expired. This will be reflected in the DATE INQUIRED column as to where you reside on the list. **If you don’t reply to the waitlist offer, it will expire 7 days from the offer. You will drop down the list on the date the offer expired. This will be reflected in the DATE INQUIRED column as to where you reside on the list. **If you decline the waitlist offer twice, you will be REMOVED from the waitlist and must reapply if interested.**
