Frisco Arts and Culture Artful July 4th Parade Float Stipend Information

Parade stipend application is now closed for 2026.

The Frisco Arts and Culture Council is offering up to eight $500 general stipends and three $1,000 business specific stipends to create artful and whimsical floats for the Frisco 4th of July parade. The floats may be motorized or non-motorized, and floats must register for the Frisco July 4th parade to receive the stipend.

Stipend Details

• Up to eight $500 stipends will be awarded to those designs that express a uniquely artful and whimsical approach to celebrating July 4th in Frisco.
• Up to three $1,000 stipends for local Summit County businesses will be awarded to those businesses with uniquely ambitious and artful float designs.
• A simple design description and at least one simple sketch of the design are required.
• Float creators will need to apply for the grant by June 15, 2026 and register to be in the Frisco July 4th parade.
• Stipends will be awarded on a rolling basis, as long as funds are available and designs are uniquely artful and whimsical celebrations of July 4th.
• Stipend recipients must register for the Frisco July 4th parade and participate in the parade.
