I serve the community as a therapist, as well as a yoga & meditation teacher. My master’s program at Naropa University focused on mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling, which I infuse into my teachings and my client work. I am an integrative therapist, bringing a blend of body-oriented (somatic) & client-centered approaches that include positive psychology, parts work, gestalt, and acceptance & commitment therapy. I view my clients as innately whole, complete beings, and trust your inner wisdom throughout the therapeutic process. I bring over a decade of combined academic & professional experience to my work. I strive to create an open space for you to dig deeper into Self & utilize various practices that help you cultivate whole-person wellness.
