Spring in the Mountains – Egg Hunt, Where to Spring Ski, & More

Spring has sprung in the mountains and short-sleeve shirts are making a comeback! With warm weather and sunny skies, there’s plenty of ways to enjoy the spring in Frisco.

Frisco’s Easter Egg Hunt

The Easter Bunny will return to Frisco Main Street on Easter Sunday to hide 5,000 Easter eggs for kids 8 and younger to find. The schoolhouse bell at the Frisco Historic Park & Museum will toll at noon to kick off the search.

Skiing & Snowboarding

Pack your sunscreen and lightest layers to make your spring turns under the sun! We’ve rounded up all the local closing dates:

• Copper Mountain: April 24
• Keystone Resort: April 17
• Breckenridge Resort: May 30
• Loveland Ski Area: May 8
• Arapahoe Basin: June 5

Resort Events

Soak up the sun and help close out the season at the local ski resorts:

• Copper Mountain’s Sunsation: April 22 – April 24
• Keystone Resort’s Springtastic: April 16 – April 17
• Arapahoe Basin’s Shakin’ at the Basin Concert Series: Saturdays May 7, May 14, and May 21
