We are thrilled to announce a new and convenient way to request access to your dry stored boat or trailer at our marina. Instead of calling us, you can now request to have your boat or trailer pulled out of the yard online through the link on our website.

*Please note, this is not a work order to have your boat hauled out of the water. For haul outs or any other services please fill out the work order below.

Marina Services

Our certified technicians offer maintenance and repair service on Evinrude and Yamaha outboards. We also perform general maintenance on most other brands of marine engines. Please submit a work order below to schedule service for your boat. Please note that during the spring and fall the wait for any new work order completions may be extended due to higher volume.

Frisco Bay Marina Fall Work Order Form

Between Labor Day and Thanksgiving, Marina staff will only perform the work listed below. Work orders are completed on a first come, first serve basis. Trailers must be maintained with all jack stands and winches in proper working condition. Trailers will be subject to repair by marina staff as necessary. For other work not listed below please email TomH@townoffrisco.com to inquire about scheduling it for the upcoming winter.

This is the date staff can start working on this work order. Harbor Master Specials will be discounted based on this date. We are unable to do same day work orders without Service Managers prior approval.

If the boat is being stored at the marina for the winter leave blank. For most work orders we need at least 2 weeks from start to finish for a date range if the boat is not being stored here.

Shrink Wrap Price is 1/2 labor and 1/2 parts, tax will be applied to parts only. Shrink Wrap Recycling included.
Winterizing
- Winterize H20 system – $140/hr
- Winterize Head/Holding Tank – $140/hr
- Winterize Outboard 1 or 2 cylinders – $125
- Winterize Outboard 3 or 4 cylinders – $150
- Winterize Outboard 6 or more cylinders – $185
- Winterize Diesel/Sailboat Inboard 1 cylinder – $140
- Winterize Diesel/Sailboat Inboard 2 or more cylinders – $165
- Winterize Gas Stern Drive/Inboard 4 cylinders – $160
- Winterize Gas Stern Drive/Inboard 6 or more cylinders – $200
All winterizings are subject to supplies.

Winter Storage
- I Want Winter ’26/’27 Storage -$3.59/ sq ft. Price will increase 5% after December 1st
Price is based on square footage of boat and trailer. Staff will take measurements.

Harbor Master Specials – 20% off for Start Date prior to August 23rd. 15% off for Start Date prior to August 30th.
The Powerboat package includes: -haul out -power wash bottom -winterize motor -shrink-wrap. The Sailboat package is the same and adds decommisioning sails and dropping the mast. Does NOT include winter storage. Does NOT include any services to H2O systems or head and holding tanks. Additional services may be added in addition to the Harbor Master Special, but no substitutions or change in price if all services are not needed. All work subject to additional shop supply charges.

$70.00 Minimum on all Labor Services
Frisco Bay Marina is not responsible for freeze damage unless written authorization is received seven days prior to the first freeze.
Payment is expected upon notification of completion of work.*

The Marina will enforce a 5% monthly late fee on all overdue balances older than 30 days. Tax is applied to taxable parts only.
Work Authorization*
I hereby authorize the above repair work to be done along with necessary materials. You and your employees may operate above vessel for purposes of testing, inspection or delivery at your risk. An express mechanic’s lien is acknowledged on the vessel above to secure the amount of repairs hereto. Storage of vessels for repair will be billed according to Frisco Bay Marina’s storage policy until date of current and past due balances are paid in full. You will be held responsible for loss or damage to the vessel or articles left in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond our control.

Boat Ramp and Aquatic Nuisance Species Station Hours
The public boat ramp at Frisco Bay Marina is closed this summer, but boat rentals and tours are still available.
