Frisco Adventure Park Downhill Ski Area Equipment Requirements
Overview
To ski or ride in any of the Frisco Adventure Park downhill ski areas, including the terrain park, your equipment must meet the standards outlined below. In general, all equipment must have metal edges, self-stopping mechanisms, and must not be homemade. You as the rider are responsible for keeping your equipment within your control at all times. If you have a question about whether your device is prohibited or allowed, contact the adventure park staff at 970-668-2558. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone with equipment that does not meet the standards outlined below.
If you are renting equipment from a local gear shop, be honest with the staff regarding your ability level and how/where you intend to use the gear. They will set you up with the best gear for your situation. Generally, ski and snowboard equipment rented from a local gear store will meet the requirements below, but don’t hesitate to ask if you are unsure!
