I hope that you are well and that you are adjusting to the new ‘normal’ of homeschooling, social distancing and spending more time with your families during these unprecedented times. We are looking forward to another great summer with your kids in Frisco! We are happy to have Grant McKay working with us again this summer; he is our full time Recreation Programs Lead. Grant and I have been busy planning our summer Fun Club and Sports Camp schedules; field trips are scheduled and we’re in the process of hiring another incredible staff to work with your kids this summer!
We understand the high level of stress, anxiety and worry that many of us are experiencing with the Coronavirus at the forefront of our daily routines. During these uncertain times, we would like to extend a payment plan option for all of the families that attend our summer programs. This includes Frisco Fun Club, Bike Camp, Adventure Camp, Skate Camp, PlayWell TEKnologies LEGO Camp, Girls on the Run Camp, and H2O Camp.
Here’s how it will work:
When you register your child on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 no fees will be charged to your account. Beginning on Monday, April 13, 2020 your account will be updated with your total amount due. At that time, you can login to your account and head to the shopping cart to pay your balance. If you want to participate in the payment plan option, we ask that you pay 20% of your overall balance by Friday, May 1, 2020 to hold your child’s spot. If you fail to pay 20% by Friday, May 1, 2020, you will forfeit your child’s place in camp and we will move on to fill the spot from our waitlist.
After you are registered for summer camp and if you choose to participate in the payment plan option, we ask that you complete the agreement below.
The remaining balance for each month will be due on the first of the month (June dates will need to be paid in full by June 1, 2020, July dates will need to be paid in full by July 1, 2020, and August dates must be paid by August 1, 2020). Failure to pay the remaining balance on the first of each month will forfeit your child’s spot in those camps. You can pay your balance by visiting your shopping cart in your online account (the full balance will appear in your cart, and you will have to remove the unwanted payments) or you can call the Frisco Day Lodge at 970-668-2558 or contact Sara Skinner at 970-418-0898.
