2026 Day Lodge Rental Rates*

• Frisco Resident/Non-Profit Rates:
  • 1-5 hours: $250 per hour
  • Full day (up to 10hrs): $1200 flat rate
• Non-Resident Rates:
  • 1-5 hours: $400 per hour
  • Full Day (up to 10hrs): $2000 flat rate

*There will be a refundable deposit charge (pending post-event inspections) associated with all Day Lodge rentals that will be calculated based on event type and length.

Expected 2027 Day Lodge Rental Rates

All Day Lodge rentals for 2027 are available at an hourly rate up to 6 hours. Rentals beyond 6 hours will be charged the full day rate, up to 10 hours. Please inquire for pricing beyond a 10-hour rental.

Damage/Security Deposit (Required for all Day Lodge rentals)

• $500/day – refundable post-event, pending staff inspection for damages, messes, etc.

*Renter may be asked to present documentation proving permanent residency in Frisco, CO, to qualify.

**Local non-profit organizations may be eligible for discounted rates, beyond those listed above, for Day Lodge rentals on Monday-Thursday. Please inquire.

Amenity Details

• A beautiful, 4,000 square foot lodge with a great room boasting a fireplace and comfortable seating.
• Use of the Day Lodge, patio and grounds, as well as use of all indoor tables and chairs, including set-up and tear-down by Day Lodge staff.
• A Day Lodge attendant onsite throughout the entire event. This attendant is here for access to the building during setup and tear down hours, as well as troubleshooting facility amenities, not as a wedding planner.

• 2 large High-Definition 75” TVs to use for your AV needs**
• Great Room: 49ft. wide X 33ft. long = more than 1,600sq.ft. of floor space.
• Restrooms, free Wi-Fi, a water fountain and water bottle refill station are available in the Day Lodge during all rental hours.

Amenity Considerations: These items are not available with the rental of the Day Lodge. You may consider adding these to your event on your own or through a third-party company.

As a Town of Frisco facility, the Day Lodge follows public procurement practices and does not maintain a preferred vendor list.

• Private rentals are available during non-operating hours. A rental contract, rental fees, security deposit, and other special fees may apply for individuals and organizations wishing to use the Day Lodge.
• Guests may not bring outside alcohol into the Day Lodge, per state liquor regulations. The Day Lodge has its own liquor license.
• Alcohol purchased onsite is permitted in the Day Lodge Great Room and surrounding patio areas only.
• Do not use nails, screws or duct tape to hang signs or decorations. All signs or decorations must be approved in advance and must be removed after the event on the same day.
• Use of outside catering services is permitted for private functions, the Day Lodge does not keep a list of preferred vendors.
• Use of illegal or controlled substances is not permitted in the Day Lodge facility.
• When the building is privately rented the restrooms and office are closed to the public.
• The Day Lodge is intended for public use and enjoyment. To this end, private parties or businesses may not rent the Day Lodge for more than 3 consecutive days, display or advertise on the premises, or utilize the premises for personal gain.
• Due to the cost of operating the Day Lodge, facility donations or discounts are generally not offered.
• Weapons are not permitted in the Day Lodge except by authorized law enforcement.
• Animals are not permitted in the Day Lodge, unless acting as a service animal.
• All public areas of the Frisco Adventure Park remain open to the public during Day Lodge facility rentals, including the bike park, skate park, disc golf course, fields, and recreational/trails areas.
• Separate private rentals may be taking place at Slopeside Hall and the Day Lodge at the same time.
• Generally, only one private rental at the Day Lodge will be available per day, regardless of the length of time for the rental.

The Day Lodge has a 3rd-party vendor, Frisco Haus, which runs the cafe and owns the facility’s liquor license. All alcohol service for public and private events must come through them.
