Join us on Friday, August 21, from 5:00pm-7:00pm to learn about what we have been up to over the past year, celebrating the sesquisemiquincentennial (250th anniversary of the United States and the 150th anniversary of Colorado’s statehood), along with celebrating the 20th anniversary of our train diorama! This will be an open-house-style event, with booths set up highlighting local projects from the past year aimed at celebrating Colorado’s anniversary. A talk highlighting our summer 2026 museum programming will take place at 5:15 pm followed by food, drinks, lawn games, and music from Moonstone Quill starting at 5:30 pm.
