2023 Frisco As I Remember Project

In honor of the Museum’s 40th Anniversary, the 2023 Frisco As I Remember project focuses on expanding the Museum’s historical record from the 1940s to the present through community-focused events, including a letter-writing campaign.

Throughout the coming months, the Museum will host community history talks, share photographs, and connect with current and former residents and visitors to gather their memories and favorite stories of Frisco. Keep an eye out for new events throughout the year!

Community History Talks

April 1, 2023: 2:00pm-4:00pm

Join Museum staff members at the Schoolhouse Museum for an afternoon of socializing and sharing. We are bringing photographs and other Frisco memorabilia from the Museum collection to spark conversation and memories. Help us identify people, places, and things! Cookies and non-alcoholic drinks are provided.

August 30, 2023: 1:00pm-3:00pm

Join Museum staff members at the Historic Park Gazebo to share stories of Frisco from the 1970s and beyond! Help us identify people, places, and things from the Museum collection while sharing your own memories and stories.

Tell Us What You Remember

We would love to talk to you! Any and all stories and memories from residents and visitors are welcome. You can complete the online form, stop by the Museum for a paper form, or attend one of our events!

Get Involved
