Summit County Holidays, LLC is a small business owning and renting condos at MountainSide in Frisco, Colorado. Our properties are 1 + loft and 2 bedroom condos accommodating up to 8 guests.Because we own the properties we rent, we know each property very well and are able to offer a customized service and a pricing that isn't available though traditional property management companies.Should our properties not be available during your desired dates, we will be happy to refer you to other owners renting their own condos in the same complex. All of our properties are well maintained and fully equipped. Some have been completely remodeled from the studs out recently. WIFI high speed internet and clubhouse access are always complimentary.
