This summer, the Frisco Historic Park and Museum is excited to offer the first ever Archaeology Camp on June 8-12, 2026, for youth ages 10-16 and led by Historic Park staff with expertise in archaeology and education. Throughout this week-long session, participants will head outdoors to explore local landscapes, visit archaeological sites, and participate in hands-on activities designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and inspire a passion for history. Youth are invited to apply for this camp by April 12, 2026 at FriscoCamps.com with a brief paragraph about their interest in archeology.
Availability in Other Frisco Camps
In addition to the Archeology Camp, Frisco’s Recreation Department offers a variety of summer day camps designed to provide the opportunity for youth to have inspiring adventures during their summer break, while giving parents peace of mind that their children are in a safe and engaging environment.
There is still availability in Frisco’s H2O Camp, Adventure Camp, and Fun Club Camp. Parents are invited to explore these options and register at FriscoCamps.com.
