Frisco Adventure Park Transitions Operations to Other Snow Activities as Season Winds Down

Tubing hill, beginner ski and snowboard hill, and terrain park last day of operations on Sunday, March 22

Due to continued unseasonably warm temperatures and a rapidly diminishing snowpack, the Frisco Adventure Park concluded regular operations for several winter activities on Sunday, March 22, 2026. The tubing hill, beginner ski and snowboard hill, and terrain park were open for the final day of the season on March 22 and shifted operations to a free snow play area at the base.

“We’re seeing rapid changes in snow conditions, and our team is working hard to adapt operations so guests can continue to enjoy the remaining snow,” said Frisco Adventure Park General Manager Erin Socks.

Free Skatepark Open

The free skateboard park is dry and currently open. All other summer activities, including biking and hiking trails and the Peak One Disc Golf Course, will open once snow has melted, and there are no longer muddy conditions.
