    This project in Frisco was selected for the 2013 Parade of Homes. There are a total of 5 units in the development with 3 single family homes and one duplex/townhome. This will feel more residential given the area and size of the complex which is why I selected it. Recognized for its unique design quality and architectural features including roof top decks on all units. 3 Bedrooms and each have their own levels. This floor plan gives everyone lots of privacy. You enter the front door and a bedroom is on the main with a private bath. The upper level is the great room space designed to take advantage of the amazing views. Nice open floor plan with living room, F/P, dining area and kitchen all together with a flat screen tv. Also a half bath nearby so everyone has privacy in the bedrooms areas. The master is on this level with a private bath and luxurious walk in shower, double vanity and granite countertops. The lower level has a nice window with good lighting and 2 twin beds, a half bath and a TV. You will like pulling in to the heated 1 car garage and the quiet setting. Sleeps 6: / Queen / Queen / 2 Twins / WIFI / Gas Fireplace / 1 Car heated garage attached/ Washer & Dryer/private roof top deck The great room is open with living room, dining and kitchen combined for all to gather. Mt Royal views, hardwood floors, travertine, granite, in floor radiant heat and vaulted ceilings are just a few of the highlights. You are a 2 blocks to the hiking and biking trails and 4 blocks off Main St. Walk to everything once you are there.... Frisco is such a wonderful destination with its quaint small town feel. Hiking, biking, a marina for water activities in the summer and a summer and winter adventure park all within walking distance. Several ski resorts close by you can drive to. Copper is only 5 minutes away. This is a second home for me and and while most units in the area have a very mountain lodge like feel I desired a fresh look that is a bit more of what I consider a mountain contemporary design. The furnishings are in keeping with the quality of all the high end finishes. It just did not seem right not keep the consistency of quality inside and out. With that in mind I hope you will appreciate the furnishings and treat them with the respect and take good care of my place so I can share it with you and others while enjoying it myself. This unit is approx. 1600 sf on 3 levels. It is very spacious and comfortable with each area offering lots of privacy at a max of 6 people. Many more could fit it I had put bunks and sofa sleepers in the unit. That is not my market. My desire is to share my space with those who will appreciate what I have created and enjoy it.
