Frisco Lifts Fire Ban

Due to changing weather conditions, and direction from Summit County, Frisco has decided to lift both the Phase I and Phase II fire bans. The fire danger in Summit County has dropped to moderate.

“Citizens and visitors still need to use caution and if the weather patterns dry up again, we will reinstate the fire ban,” said Bill Efting, Frisco Town Manager.

Tuesday morning, the Summit Board of County Commissioners also completely repealed a Stage 2 fire ban.
