The new exemption from the Real Estate Investment Fee (REIF) reflects the Town’s commitment to addressing the affordable housing needs in Frisco. The tax exemption covers low- to moderate-income buyers purchasing affordable housing units.

Frisco joins national climate protection effort

The town has joined 266 American cities (representing more than 43.9 million Americans) by signing a resolution on June 27 supporting the U.S. Mayors Climate Protection Agreement. In Colorado, the mayors of Denver, Boulder, Aspen, Gunnison and Telluride have also signed, but Frisco takes the lead in Summit County.
