Permit Applications
The type of project you are proposing will determine which planning application form to use. Each of the following application forms provides an outline of the materials and information needed to submit a complete application, along with an overview of the approval process. Please contact the Community Development Department for additional information on these applications and associated fees.

- Planned Unit Development Plan - Preliminary + Final (includes preliminary plat and development application fee). Note: if a combined (final and preliminary plat) submittal, charge preliminary PUD fee only. Includes multi-family, non-residential, mixed use
