Building Department
Part of Frisco's Community Development Department, the Frisco Building Department administers the building permit process and the adopted building construction codes in the Town of Frisco. The building department has a responsibility to establish that the homes in which the citizens of the community reside, the buildings in which they work, and the buildings in which they dine, shop, and conduct business meet the adopted standards when these buildings are constructed.
Residential Building Guides
In the "Related Documents" section on the right you will find all the Residential Building Guides offered by the Town of Frisco. These guides were developed by the Colorado Chapter of the International Code Council. These guides serve as simplified building-reference materials for these specific projects at single-family homes. The guides include sample plan drawings and details that the permit applicant can use as a basic plan submittal by providing information on dimensions and materials.
Please note that a completed Building Permit Application Form must be submitted with the appropriate building guide completed by the applicant.
