Frisco Bay Marina is not responsible for freeze damage unless written authorization is received seven days prior to the first freeze.

Payment is expected upon notification of completion of work.*

I understand that payment is expected at completion.

The Marina will enforce a 5% monthly late fee on all overdue balances older than 30 days. Shrink wrap bags, parts, and supplies will be subjected to 8.375% tax.

Work Authorization*

I hereby authorize the above repair work to be done along with necessary materials. You and your employees may operate above vessel for purposes of testing, inspection or delivery at your risk. An express mechanic’s lien is acknowledged on the vessel above to secure the amount of repairs hereto. Storage of vessels for repair will be billed according to Frisco Bay Marina’s storage policy until date of current and past due balances are paid in full. You will be held responsible for loss or damage to the vessel or articles left in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond our control. Any outstanding balances owed to the Frisco Bay Marina will result in delays in completion of this work order.
