Frisco Adventure Camp

This program is open to youth ages 6-12 that are looking to increase their knowledge and ability in the bike and skate parks.  Our instructors will guide the participants through all of the park features, beginning with the basics and taking them to the intermediate level by the end of the week.  All participants must bring the following to the program: bike, skateboard, helmet, pads (optional,) water, sunscreen, tennis shoes and a sack lunch.

Cost:  $205 (resident) and $230 (non-resident)

Dates/Times:

Monday, June 4th-Friday, June 8th from 9am-5pm daily

Monday, July 30th-Friday, August 3rd from 9am-5pm daily

Toddler Learn to Skateboard

This program is open to participants ages 4-6 that are new to the sport of skateboarding.  Our instructors will cover balancing, pushing and stopping on a skateboard.  When the participants are ready, they will learn how to carve and flow as well.  This is a great introductory class that will help participants feel confident with the basic skateboarding moves.  All participants must bring the following to the program: skateboard, helmet, pads (optional,) water and tennis shoes.

Cost:  $48 (resident) and $53 (non-resident)

Mondays & Thursdays, June 11th-June 28th from 9am-10am

Youth Learn to Skateboard

This program is open to participants ages 7-12 that are new to the sport of skateboarding.  Our instructors will cover balancing, pushing and stopping on a skateboard.  When the participants are ready, they will learn how to carve and flow as well.  This is a great introductory class that will help participants feel confident with the basic skateboarding moves.  All participants must bring the following to the program: skateboard, helmet, pads (optional,) water and tennis shoes.

Skateboard Camp

If your child is an intermediate to advanced skateboarder, this program is right up their ally.  Our instructors will work with 6-12 year olds and help them learn kick turns, grabs, ollies and more!  All participants must bring the following to the program: skateboard, helmet, pads (optional,) water, sunscreen, tennis shoes and a sack lunch.

Cost:  $200 (resident) and $225 (non-resident)

Dates/Times:

Monday, July 9th-Friday, July 13th from 9am-4pm each day

Parent/Child Skateboard Program

Do you and your child want to spend some time together in the skate park learning new tricks and skills? This class will provide you a chance to skate together with an instructor present to answer any questions, demonstrate or teach the tricks you’d like to learn.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.  When enrolling in this program, please enroll under your child’s name.

Cost:  $32 (resident) and $37 (non-resident)

Dates/Times:

Tuesdays, July 17th-August 7th from 5:30-6:30pm

The 2nd Annual Summit Skate Challenge

Join us for an excitign weekend of skateboarding in Summit County!   Silverthorne will host the competition on Saturday, July 14th and Frisco will host the competition on Sunday, July 15th.  Open to all ages and abilities.  Catagories include; beginner, intermediate and advanced.  Pre-register by July 6th for $20; pre-regsitered participants will be guaranteed an event t-shirt.  Day-of registration is $25.  All participants must compete both days to be a contender in the event.  Helmets are required and all participants must provide their own skateboard.
